World drops are fabled (gold) items that don't drop from specific mobs. Rather, they are on the loot table of every mob within the items' level range (+/-4 levels). World drops have a very low drop rate. The lowest world drop items are level 25 and can be attained in Eltnen/Morheim and Brusthonin/Theobomos.
