Wind Resist

Wind Resist affects a character's ability to resist wind based attacks and spells. Although it will not completely cancel the attack, Wind Resist will reduce the amount of damage overall. This can be helpful when fighting opponents that inflict damage based on wind, such as a named NPC with Wind based spells.
