Varshaka
Varshaka is the top distributor of supplies for the Tiamat's Protectorate. While still faithful to Tiamat, he can be fooled to share his goods with Daevas provided they disguise themselves as Drakan by using the <Vershaka's Statue>. He is located in the Noble Garden in Tiamat Stronghold.
