Saminel
Saminel is a member of the Tolbas Village Watch in Verteron. He volunteered for the Watch for the sake of his family's honor, but his martial art skills are pretty weak.

- "Ma and Pa had high hopes for me when I was growing up. Wanted me to become a Daeva. "Save the people," they'd say. "Fight for something, Sammy!"
- I took up arms when I was young. Soon I was talented with a sword, but the call never came--I never ascended. It wasn't all bad, though. I got to stand up for myself, and look at me now... a member of the Tolbas Watch!
- I might not be staving off crazed Asmodians, but I'll tell you something: Those Kobolds can pack quite a punch when they get all riled up! And as for those Frillnecks... well...
