The <Grove Plumas> are all around the Moslan Forest area. Simply kill enough to loot 5 Pluma Feathers and return to Loriniah with them.

"Shards! This quill is broken! I'm running short on time and now my quill won't cooperate?

I have to send this report to the fortress today!

"This is my last quill, and I only use Pluma Feathers to make them. They really are the best.

If you want to help, could you bring me the materials to make a new quill?
