Lephar is the enigmatic leader of the Lepharist Revolutionaries, though no Lepharist can say what exactly their Lord looks like. Few of his followers have met him. The Lepharists believe that Lephar is the Thirteenth Empyrean Lord. Later it is revealed he is Israphel.
