This is a Timed Instance. The timer starts after you pass the blue barrier. You have 15 minutes to clear up six long bridges to get the treasure chests at the end of each. Each chest has a chance to drop blues, greens and lots of Kinah. There is a boss that spawns at the end of the timer also but doesn't seem to drop anything.
