Walkthrough[]

Talk with Namus to begin quest. Kill <Everglade Sylphens> and obtain 3 Sylphen Wings. Now take the wings to Uno who will give you a soup or juice. Take it to Namus and receive the reward.

"Hmmm, did you say something?

Oh, I'm sorry. I must be hearing things again. It's [Player Name], right?

I don't know why, but I've had trouble sleeping recently. It's strange. Whenever I do manage to drift off, I'm awake again just minutes later. I'm so tired now that I just can't concentrate."

"Why can't you sleep?"

"I don't know really. I haven't changed my routine or anything, so I can't figure out why.

I work hard, cutting down trees all day, and I need a full night's rest.

I wish I could just get some sleep, even for just an hour or so. "

"Can I help at all?"

"Well, I asked my friend <Melampus> if he knew of any books on the subject. He said he read once that eating Sylphen Wings might work.

The problem is, as I'm sure you're perfectly aware, Sylphen smell terrible – I can't stand going near them. And they're not likely to give up their wings without a fight.

I don't suppose you could help?"

"The water is boiling already. I just need to add some herbs, vegetables and then the Sylphen Wing...

Ok, take this and hurry back to Namus--the colder the soup gets the more the flavor of Sylphen Wing will come through.

"Sylphen juice, please."

"Juice, you say? Good choice.

All I need to do is grind up the Sylphen Wing, add some fresh fruit juice... a touch of honey... and it's done!

Here you go. That terrible smell has gone, but I have no idea how it's going to taste! "
