The Great Temple is found just down the ramp from Vifrost Bridge in Pandaemonium. There are Skill Trainers for each profession in the Temple who sell skill manuals for characters levels 10 to 25.
The Obelisk in Pandaemonium is located here, as is a job supplies merchant, Vidarini.
