The required Wild Ginseng is not the same Wild Ginseng you can get from Grobule nodes, but are harvestable flowers that you can find near the river or under trees in Iollu Forest. There are several groupings of 3 or more plants within a very short distance of each other. Collect 12 and return to BuBu Don for the reward.

BuBu Don said the can't get Wild Ginseng (the best-tasting Ginsengt) because of aggressive Brohums. Thus you collected and brought Wild Ginseng from the Iollu Forest to him.
