Dispel Magical Buff

Dispel Magical Buff is a skill which removes buffs, often causing damage. For example, the Spiritmaster's skill <Magic Implosion I> will remove up to three buffs, causing damage for each one removed. Some mobs also have skills that remove player buffs.
