Black Cloud Island is an island located far to the south of the Bloodburn Reach . It is the main base of the Black Cloud Traders . For many years, there were rumors that a trading outpost could be found near Kysis Fortress , but Daevas searched to no avail. Finally located, the Island is visited by Asmodians and Elyos seeking Steel Rake quests and to exchange crusader tokens.
