After getting the quest, go to Market Street in Pandaemonium and talk to Keruthis, who gives you the <Silver Quartz Sword>. Return to Morheim Ice Fortress, and talk to Asgeirr to collect your reward.

"Ahh [Player Name]! Could you go to Pandaemonium for me?

I'd feel guilty leaving the fortress on an errand like this while we are shorthanded and overworked.
