Have you met Devalin near Anturoon Crossing and Nalto near Dubaro Vine Canyon? They have tasks that you should take. As you have probably figured out by now, healing items come in many forms. Some instantly restore your health, others restore it over time. Some affect magical capacity, and some affect both health and mana. Keep that in mind. By now, we may have already met.
