After getting the quest, find a group questing in the Mist Mane areas of Morheim, as these are elite NPCs. Kill <Brutal Mist Mane Guards>, <Brutal Mist Mane Raiders>, <Brutal Mist Mane Scouts> and <Brutal Mist Mane Tamers> until you get 50. Drop rates are approximately 85%. Return to Arnund to collect your reward.
