After getting the quest, go to Morheim Ice Fortress and kill Professional Witch Trappers until you collect five Sparks. Return to Witchta in Pandaemonium to collect your reward.

"Ah, [Player Name]. What a fortuitous omen--that you should happen by just now.

I was up all night, scrying...chanting. I can't see more than shadows and glimpses. I need more power!"

"More power?"

"Yes. More. I'm seeing more details, but nothing definitive. Nothing we can use.

I need your help again. Find the Witch Trappers! Terminate them and bring me the Soul Sparks they carry.

What? Oh, 'Witch Trapper,' that's more of a...colloquialism than a real description. They are nothing but the Pumpkin King's thugs."
