You must find Squeegenerk, who is in Verteron Citadel. When you talk to him, he asks you to deliver two

(Event) Solorius Tickets . One goes to Jenel, on the Cantas Coast, and the other to Neltonia, in Tolbas Village. Return to Portzebnerk to collect your reward.

"Busy, busy, busy, nyerk! Always running around at Solorius time.

Still, this year better than last year. Employed a volunteer. Very good volunteer. Keeps Portzebnerk from going mad!

That reminds me.... Where did Squeegenerk get to this time?"

"Squeegenerk's your volunteer"

"Volunteer, yes, yes! Very helpful, very enthusiastic!

Insists we don't need to pay him. That is a little odd, isn't it? Not just me who thinks that way? Well, I am not one to give kinah away, but he worked so hard that he deserves something.

Daevas can fly and run fast, so you find Squeegenerk and give him this envelope, yes? Portzebnerk's poor little legs are falling off."

"It'd make him happy."

"Well, since Daeva came all the way here... Oh! Two tickets for the festival! How nice!

Oh, joy! Jenel and Neltonia were looking for tickets for some friends!

Sorry for asking this, but Squeegenerk hasn't finished with duties here. Will Daeva pass along these tickets, please?"

"Of course!"

Jenel

"Whoa there, Daeva, what's the hurry? You're sweating when you should be chilling.

It's Solorius! Surely there's time for some relaxation?"

"I have something for you."

(Jenel waves emphatically and says it isn't so.)

"What's this? That's not from Squeegenerk, is it?

I'm amazed he remembered that I mentioned this. What a thoughtful shugo! And you're thoughtful, too, for delivering it. I don't suppose you have any more?"

"Sorry, this one's for Neltonia."

"Shh, Daeva! Not so loud! Fishing can't stop, even for Solorius, you know!"

"A ticket? That must be Squeegenerk's idea. I just mentioned it in an offhand way, yet he came through.
